Overview

The Sting Companies Sourcing & Productions (TSC S&P) is seeking a hands-on Fit Technician with specialized expertise in fit, materials, and construction. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the quality and fit of our collections across The Sting, Costes, and Cotton Club brands.

Responsibilities

Guide and monitor the fit and quality of collections during sample fit sessions
Assess incoming samples for model fit and technical specifications
Identify and resolve issues with patterns, finishing, and garment fit
Collaborate with Product Managers and suppliers to optimize product development
Develop and maintain base patterns, gradings, and standardized size specifications
Act as a central point of communication between Buying, Sourcing & Productions, and suppliers
Create and maintain technical manuals for product specifications

Requirements

Completed HBO education in fashion management
5 years of experience as a Fit Technician or similar role
Excellent command of Dutch and English languages
Strong commercial awareness
Solution-oriented approach with ability to switch quickly between tasks
