Overview
Brunotti is an authentic boardsports lifestyle brand with roots in Scheveningen and headquarters in Amersfoort. Since 1979, we have been developing products across a wide range of boardsports from windsurfing and kitesurfing to snowboarding, wakeboarding, and SUP. Our collections span boards, harnesses, wetsuits, technical sportswear, and lifestyle apparel, sold in more than 15 countries worldwide.
At our Amersfoort headquarters, the Design, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams work closely together to drive the continued growth of the brand. We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager Sportswear to join our Design & Development team and take ownership of a dedicated product range Swimwear in summer and Fleece in wintermguiding each collection from initial input all the way through to production.
Responsibilities
Guide the full development and production process of our sportswear collections
Collaborate with the design team on the development of new products and collections
Coordinate the sample process and monitor planning timelines
Place and manage purchase orders with suppliers and manufacturers
Monitor quality, margins, and delivery timelines throughout the entire process
Maintain relationships with suppliers and production partners, negotiating on pricing, quality requirements, and delivery conditions
Research new suppliers, materials, and production possibilities
Keep all relevant teams informed of collection progress and developments
Requirements
Completed HBO-level degree, preferably in Fashion, Textiles, Product Development, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within fashion, sport, or lifestyle
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with diverse teams and suppliers
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Experience working with Microsoft Office
Experience with international business travel and willingness to travel internationally when required
