About the role
Overview
The Sting is a well known Dutch fashion brand with a strong presence both in stores and online. This role sits at the heart of the Buying and Design team, where creativity meets commercial thinking. As a Fashion Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Brand Manager and Designer to build collections that are fresh, relevant, and true to the brand's identity. You will be responsible for all graphic expressions within one of The Sting's labels, translating trends, inspiration, and market developments into designs that stand out on the shop floor and online.

Responsibilities
Designing artworks including typographic prints, photo prints, embroidery, appliques, and all over prints
Developing labels, trimmings, and hangtags that align with the brand's identity
Translating trends, inspiration, and market developments into commercially strong designs
Guarding and further developing the brand identity across the collection
Continuously bringing forward new ideas to keep the collection current and distinctive
Proactively contributing to point of sale materials and graphic expressions for both in-store and online channels
Applying AI tools and new technologies to enrich and accelerate the creative process
Requirements
A completed relevant degree, for example in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or Creative Business
At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer within the fashion industry
Solid experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience applying AI within graphic design workflows
A sharp eye for detail combined with a strong commercial perspective
An assertive, ownership-driven, and entrepreneurial attitude
A genuine affinity with fashion, trends, and collection development
