About the role
Overview
C&S Fashion Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Designer/Product Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and developing women's collections for multiple brands within the group, designing six collections per year while maintaining the unique identity of each brand.
Responsibilities
Create and develop comprehensive collections through moodboards, color cards, and prints
Redesign artworks and all-over prints independently
Develop detailed style sheets for each collection
Track and incorporate the latest trends across diverse target groups, retail, and lifestyle
Conduct trend research through shopping, website analysis, and influencer tracking
Manage sample development, fitting, and final sample selection
Coordinate with production teams to ensure collection quality and alignment
Control and review sales samples with precise attention to detail
Requirements
HBO degree in Fashion Design (AMFI, Saxion, or TMO preferred)
Minimum 4 years of experience as a fashion designer in women's clothing brands
Strong knowledge of patterns, fit, measurements, color, and textile techniques
Advanced proficiency in Excel, InDesign, and Illustrator
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
Proactive, creative, and energetic work approach
