Overview
At Ernsting's family, a sustainably operating family business with around 2,000 stores in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands and a multiple award-winning online shop, you'll become part of one of the largest omnichannel providers in European textile retail. Our customer base enjoys an attractive price-performance offering in clothing and home & living collections for the entire family.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct store checks in Germany and abroad, visit trade fairs, and perform online research on trend platforms to stay informed about current fashion trends
Develop trend themes, create mood boards, and design collections for our diverse target groups
Create technical drawings and graphics (placement and AOPs), as well as all collection-related work documents using Adobe Creative Cloud (CC)
Work closely with product management and quality development to bring your creative ideas to life
Your Profile
Several years of experience in the fashion industry with solid knowledge of textile design
Completed studies or training in design or a comparable qualification
High level of creativity, innovation spirit, and attention to detail
A true team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Ability to empathize with our target groups
Confident handling of Adobe CC (especially Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop), with a good sense of graphics and typography
Experience working with Adobe AI tools like Firefly and PLM systems
Ability to ensure quality standards and brand guidelines for all designs
