Pavo Couture is a dynamic, fast-growing lingerie startup founded in 2018 with a mission to design stylish, sexy, and comfortable lingerie that helps women feel confident. We're seeking a creative and data-driven marketer who thrives in a versatile, innovative environment where no two days are the same.
What you'll do
- Create and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Develop creative short form videos and social media concepts
- Design content for seasonal launches and special moments
- Manage Meta Ads: setup, testing, analysis, and optimization
- Evaluate creative performance using metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Collaborate on email marketing, including A/B testing and segmentation
- Support SEO efforts with keyword research and content optimization
- Assist with e-commerce website improvements and conversion strategies
- Support PR initiatives and potential brand collaborations
- Participate in photo shoots and potentially company events
What you'll bring
- Strong social media understanding and trend awareness
- Ability to balance creativity with data driven decision making
- Highly adaptable with excellent context-switching skills
- Strong aesthetic sense and storytelling capabilities
- Proficiency with Canva (Photoshop/video skills are a bonus)
- Independent, curious, and solution oriented mindset
- Passion for fashion, luxury, and visual communication
