Overview
Pavo Couture is a dynamic, fast-growing lingerie startup founded in 2018 with a mission to design stylish, sexy, and comfortable lingerie that helps women feel confident. We're seeking a creative and data-driven marketer who thrives in a versatile, innovative environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
Create and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
Develop creative short form videos and social media concepts
Design content for seasonal launches and special moments
Manage Meta Ads: setup, testing, analysis, and optimization
Evaluate creative performance using metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS
Collaborate on email marketing, including A/B testing and segmentation
Support SEO efforts with keyword research and content optimization
Assist with e-commerce website improvements and conversion strategies
Support PR initiatives and potential brand collaborations
Participate in photo shoots and potentially company events
Requirements
Strong social media understanding and trend awareness
Ability to balance creativity with data driven decision making
Highly adaptable with excellent context-switching skills
Strong aesthetic sense and storytelling capabilities
Proficiency with Canva (Photoshop/video skills are a bonus)
Independent, curious, and solution oriented mindset
Passion for fashion, luxury, and visual communication
