About the Role
As a Retail Graphic Designer, you will be a crucial part of our Creative Studio, supporting the team in bringing evergreen and seasonal product launches to life across retail environments. You'll play a key role in defining visual merchandising storytelling and driving commercial performance.
Responsibilities
Create innovative retail graphic concepts from small-scale POS to large scale activations
Develop mood boards, sketches, artworks, and 2D renders for presentation decks
Collaborate closely with Creative Studio, Global Marketing, and Education teams
Work with regional teams to create and deliver Retail POS designs
Manage and adhere to brand and team timelines
Execute final artworks for production and print
Stay ahead of retail and design trends
Drive sustainable design practices and innovative solutions
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Graphic Design for Visual Merchandising
Experience working in house or at an agency for beauty brands
Experience with beauty retailers like Sephora and Ulta
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
Basic working knowledge of Figma and SketchUp
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent written and spoken English
