About the role
Overview
Goldbergh is a luxury ski and sportswear brand dedicated to designing fashion-forward performance apparel for women who love style and sport. We're seeking a passionate Designer for Ski Apparel and Accessories who can bring our brand's unique vision of feminine, high-performance luxury to life.
Responsibilities
Develop ski apparel and accessories that embody Goldbergh's brand DNA of luxury, femininity, and performance
Research and generate design vision, including trend analysis, fabric innovation, color palettes, and silhouette development
Create design sketches, mood boards, technical drawings, and garment specifications
Review and refine prototypes to ensure optimal fit, silhouette, and brand standards
Manage collection milestones from concept through sampling to production
Present collections internally and support styling and campaign teams
Requirements
Bachelor's/HBO degree in Fashion Design
Several years of experience designing women's outerwear, preferably in ski wear
Strong creative vision aligned with Goldbergh's feminine, luxury, sporty aesthetic
Technical understanding of apparel development, materials, and performance fabrics
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop, InDesign, and Excel are additional advantages)
Excellent collaborative and communication skills
Solution oriented approach balancing creativity with commercial realities
Fluent English; Dutch language skills are a plus
