About the role
Overview
Hearst Agency is seeking a dynamic and organized intern to support project managers in managing Branded Content collaborations across their prestigious media titles including ELLE, JAN, Harper's Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Quote, Quest, and National Geographic. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier brands and contribute to innovative media projects.
Responsibilities
Assist project managers with back-planning for larger projects
Independently manage various (branded) content collaborations across print and online platforms
Support (video) production processes
Lead project management for ELLE Smart Shopping Day, coordinating with participating brands, managing promotional materials like stickers and banners
Create comprehensive campaign evaluations, collecting and compiling performance metrics into detailed reporting decks
Requirements
HBO or WO level education
Background in communication, marketing, digital media, or business administration
Proactive, accurate, and efficient personality
Strong planning and organizational skills
Affinity with data and data analysis
Stress-resistant character
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
Excellent Dutch and English language skills, both written and spoken
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager
Knowledge of Google Analytics
