About the role
Overview
Sissy-Boy is seeking a Creative Content & Social Media Marketeer to bring our visual world to life. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for creating and editing inspiring photo and video content while managing Sissy-Boy's social media presence across multiple channels. You'll breathe life into our campaigns and collections, driving visibility and community engagement.
Responsibilities
Create and edit content (photo and video) for all Sissy-Boy channels
Manage daily content planning and posting on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
Conduct active community management across social media platforms
Organize, produce, and execute content shoots
Contribute to storytelling, concept development, and creative formats
Coordinate PR and influencer collaborations and User Generated Content
Identify and translate trends into new content formats
Implement social media reporting and insights
Support campaign shoots, activations, and other creative marketing projects
Requirements
2+ years of experience in content creation and social media within fashion, interior, or lifestyle industries
Strong portfolio demonstrating personal photography and video work
Deep understanding of social media dynamics, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Strong visual and conceptual skills with an eye for composition, image direction, and styling
Excellent communication skills, structured approach, and customer-oriented mindset
Hands-on, creative, proactive, and stress-resistant personality
Comfortable in a creative, dynamic environment with ability to maintain overview
