About the role
Overview
MAGIC Bodyfashion is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving international fashion environment. In this role, you'll be a key strategic partner, closely involved in day-to-day financial operations while contributing to the company's overall financial performance and growth.
Responsibilities
Manage all financial processes within MAGIC Bodyfashion, reporting directly to the Managing Director
Analyse financial results at cost, customer, and business levels, translating insights into actionable improvements
Prepare monthly reports, forecasts, and year to date analyses with detailed management information
Handle budgeting and forecasting, proactively advising the management team
Manage group reporting to HVEG Group, ensuring compliance with planning and guidelines
Oversee tax-related activities, including VAT and ICP filings across multiple countries
Manage financial administration for an international, inventory driven organization
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including accountants and tax advisors
Optimize and safeguard financial processes, ensuring clear documentation
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting, or related field
Several years of experience in a broad finance role (Finance Manager or Financial Controller)
Strong operational and strategic capabilities
Experience with ERP systems (Business Central / Navision preferred)
Highly accurate and proactive with strong sense of ownership
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in Dutch and English
