About the role
Overview
Sisters & Seekers is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the brand's visual identity. This is a dynamic position within a high-growth womenswear brand that offers an opportunity to work with a creative and visionary team dedicated to taking the brand to the next level.
Responsibilities
Lead concept development for campaigns, activations, and key brand moments
Contribute to brand storytelling with original and engaging ideas aligned with the Sisters & Seekers identity
Translate creative direction into high quality visual outputs across multiple channels
Deliver creative design for:
Website & eCommerce interfaces
Campaign launches
Social and community content
Paid media platforms
CRM communications
Print and branded collateral
Uphold and evolve the brand's visual identity with consistent, high-quality creative output
Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, eCommerce, and campaign teams
Requirements
Strong experience in graphic design within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
Standout portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution
Deep understanding of digital first design and eCommerce
Experience across multiple design formats (social, web, campaign)
Basic to intermediate motion, animation, or video editing skills
Exceptional attention to detail and strong visual judgment
Desired Skills
Experience with community led or social-first brands
Understanding of creative performance and engagement
Proficiency in both digital and print design
