Overview

Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a talented Manager of Art Direction to join our Global Brand Marketing Creative team. This role sits at the heart of our global marketing strategy, responsible for developing compelling campaign concepts and storytelling that brings the Tommy Hilfiger brand to life across multiple touchpoints.

About the Team

The Creative team is an internal agency of expert storytellers who concept 360-degree campaign experiences, create consumer-facing content, and partner across marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand communication. We are digitally minded professionals who are passionate about innovative storytelling and positioning Tommy Hilfiger as a leading global lifestyle brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive 360 degree campaign concepts with a video-first approach

  • Communicate and present creative ideas confidently to leadership and stakeholders

  • Scale creative concepts across diverse marketing touchpoints

  • Concept and create social media content in partnership with the social team

  • Visualize campaign concepts using AI tools and collaborate with brand design

  • Steer creative excellence for global campaign rollouts

  • Partner closely with production teams from creative briefing through post-production

  • Leverage creative technology and collaborate with content creators

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in fashion art direction and product storytelling

  • Extensive experience creating aspirational digital-first fashion campaigns

  • Deep passion and knowledge of fashion, art, culture, and current trends

  • Ability to lead creative projects and manage deadlines

  • Excellent relationships with stylists, photographers, directors, and production teams

  • Degree in creative field (fashion communication, graphic design, fine arts)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative programs and AI visualization tools

  • Business-level English fluency

  • Willingness to travel globally for shoots
