Overview
Vadobag Europe B.V. is a dynamic family business and leading supplier of bags & accessories seeking a passionate Backoffice/Commercial Inside Sales Representative. You'll be a crucial part of our sales team, supporting account managers and serving as a key link in the commercial process. Responsibilities
Process and follow up on B2B orders with precision
Maintain and update product and data sheets
Respond to and follow up on incoming emails
Manage daily customer contact via email and phone
Plan and coordinate product deliveries
Serve as a representative point of contact, welcoming visitors and assisting callers professionally
Collaborate internally with Purchasing, Logistics, and Administration departments
Work closely with account managers to provide optimal customer support
Identify commercial opportunities and provide proactive customer solutions
Requirements
Experience in administrative or commercial support roles
Comfortable with administrative tasks and commercial thinking
Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
Detail-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset
Fluent in Dutch and English (German or French is a plus)
