About the role
Overview
Join a globally recognized fashion company operating in 40+ countries, partnering with world renowned retailers such as NET-A-PORTER, Browns, and Mytheresa. Based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, our E-Commerce team is on an exciting Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) digital journey with high growth ambitions.
As an E-Commerce Intern, you will become part of a small, dedicated, and passionate team managing two independent D2C sites and one B2B Digital Showroom. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and creative projects within a dynamic, international fashion environment.
Responsibilities
Supporting daily operations and order management
Providing customer service support
Coordinating and preparing new collections, online campaigns, and sales initiatives
Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of three websites
Conducting strategic brand research
Supporting internal and external projects as needed
Completing small graphic design assignments
Writing and editing copy for various digital channels
Handling ad hoc tasks as they arise
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a relevant programme within E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Digitally savvy with a genuine passion for e-commerce and digital marketing
Comfortable working in an international, informal, and fast paced environment
Highly structured and detail oriented approach to work
Ability to work independently while contributing creative and strategic ideas
A passion for fashion and other creative industries
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, with preferred experience in InDesign and Photoshop
