About the role
Overview
TwoJeys is a Barcelona born jewelry and lifestyle brand that creates handcrafted sterling-silver pieces and bold apparel for those who live with attitude and heart. The brand is known for its distinctive identity, combining craftsmanship with a strong creative vision across jewelry and fashion.
We are looking for an Apparel Designer to join the Product team and take an active role in developing our Apparel collections. You will be responsible for designing products that are deeply aligned with the TwoJeys DNA, bringing creative vision, technical product knowledge, and sharp attention to detail throughout the entire development process. You will work cross-functionally with all teams involved to ensure each collection strikes the right balance between creativity, quality, and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
Design and develop collections aligned with the TwoJeys brand identity
Research trends, materials, silhouettes, and relevant references to inform new collection development
Develop product proposals across the categories of circular, denim, outerwear, and bottoms
Prepare all necessary technical documentation for product development
Follow up on garment development to ensure the final result meets established quality and design standards, taking full ownership of your designs
Collaborate cross-functionally with all teams involved in collection development
Contribute to the growth and evolution of the Apparel category, bringing a 360-degree perspective to ensure creative coherence across the collection
Requirements
Between 3 and 6 years of experience as an Apparel Designer or in a similar role within the fashion industry
Experience developing menswear collections
Strong technical knowledge of materials, dyeing techniques, and finishes
Background working across circular, denim, outerwear, and bottoms categories
Genuine sensitivity for product and trends
Ability to manage multiple projects in an organised and structured way
High attention to detail with a strong orientation toward quality
Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working within a team
Native or advanced level of Spanish is required
Good level of English for communication with suppliers and external partners
