The boutique in Breda is looking for a passionate and stylish Stylist who knows how to create a unique experience for every customer from the moment they walk through the door. Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a warm and hospitable way, introducing them to the Fabienne Chapot brand identity

• Provide personalised styling advice by actively listening to each customer's needs and preferences

• Guide customers toward the product that best fits their style and requirements

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience through excellent service and a genuine passion for people

• Drive sales in the boutique while keeping customer satisfaction as a top priority

• Inspire and motivate colleagues on the shop floor through a positive and energetic presence

• Contribute to a close-knit team that collectively strives for the best possible customer experience

Requirements

• At least 1 year of demonstrable experience as a stylist

• A genuine passion for customers and a bold personality with an affinity for fashion

• Natural customer service instincts, with friendliness and authenticity at the core

• Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding that sales and customer satisfaction go hand in hand

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect easily with a wide range of people

• Proficiency in both Dutch and English

• Comfort with the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a growing scale-up
