Supply Chain Traceability Specialist (m/f/d)

Overview

HUGO BOSS is seeking a passionate Supply Chain Traceability Specialist to join our Sourcing & Sustainability team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in advancing our commitment to transparent and responsible supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain traceability strategies to ensure transparency and ethical sourcing practices

• Collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to map and document supply chain origins

• Conduct detailed analysis of supply chain data to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities

• Support the verification and documentation of sustainable and responsible sourcing practices

• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on supply chain traceability progress

• Assist in developing and maintaining supplier compliance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain traceability or sustainability roles

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

• Deep understanding of sustainable sourcing principles and international supply chain practices

• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
