About the role
Overview
O My Bag is a purpose driven fashion brand on a mission to change the leather and fashion industry by creating fair job opportunities and connecting producers in small communities to the global market. With products sold worldwide and two stores in Amsterdam, the brand combines ambitious growth with a genuine commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices.
This internship offers a hands-on, broad introduction to how a global fashion brand operates online. You will work across webshop management, CRM, email marketing, and paid digital campaigns, gaining real experience in each area rather than being siloed into one task. You will also play a supporting role in O My Bag's Second Chances programme, a circular resale initiative that reflects the brand's commitment to sustainability.
Day-to-day, you will collaborate closely with the E-commerce Specialist, Digital Brand Manager, and CRM and Loyalty Marketeer, while also connecting with colleagues across Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations. This cross-functional exposure gives you a strong foundation for understanding how different disciplines come together to drive online growth and deliver a seamless customer journey.
