Material Control Intern

Overview

Join the LOEWE RTW Production department in Barcelona and gain valuable experience with a leading luxury fashion house. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team in a dynamic and ambitious environment, supporting key production and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement team in receiving and managing merchandise transport from origin to destination

• Collaborate on implementing a new transport integration app

• Conduct external quality control of fabrics, ensuring timely receipt and inspection

• Prepare files for production follow up

• Generate supplier KPIs tracking lead times, volume, and quality

• Perform back-office tasks including code maintenance and order clean-up

• Work with warehouse team to identify and manage deadstock

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in studies allowing an internship agreement with university

• Strong interest in fashion, culture, and supply chain/logistics

• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in work quality

• High-level proficiency in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus)

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with mandatory Excel proficiency
