For the Wholesale Team, Oppo Merchandise Group is looking for a Sales Support & Operations Specialist. In this role, you serve as the connecting link between customers, sales, logistics and internal departments. You ensure that orders are processed accurately, commitments are met, and customers can count on professional and reliable service. If you enjoy working in a structured way, keeping a clear overview, and getting energy from supporting both colleagues and customers, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
Managing the sales inbox and maintaining regular contact with customers
Accurately processing and monitoring sales orders from start to finish
Keeping customers informed about delivery times and stock availability
Handling returns and resolving delivery-related questions
Managing customer data and setting up new customer accounts
Supporting invoicing and EDI processes
Managing customer portals and B2B platforms
Maintaining price files, order forms and reports
Coordinating sample requests and shipments
Managing Made-to-Order trajectories
Coordinating with logistics partners, suppliers and internal colleagues
Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to more efficient processes
Requirements
MBO+ or HBO level of thinking and working
Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Supply Chain or Order Management
An accurate and structured approach to work
A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken
Reliable, communicates clearly, and consistently attentive to quality
