Overview
Reflex Performance Resources, Inc. is seeking a talented Product Developer - Apparel Technician to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing seasonal collections across Women's, Men's, and Kids' apparel categories, ensuring exceptional quality, fit, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities
Oversee the complete apparel product development lifecycle across multiple categories
Translate design concepts into clear development requirements and comprehensive Tech Packs
Collaborate closely with design teams to refine product details and ensure brand standards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline product development processes
Communicate with overseas vendors to track sample status, timelines, and development updates
Monitor and adjust project timelines to meet development goals
Collaborate with Technical Design to maintain product integrity
Assist in evaluating and recommending garment construction improvements
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in Apparel Product Development, Fashion Design, or related field
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Product Development, or related discipline
Strong understanding of fashion design and production processes
Proficiency in CAD software, design tools, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Excel
Extensive knowledge of fabrics and garment construction
Ability to create and maintain detailed Tech Packs
Excellent analytical and planning skills
Strong communication and follow-through capabilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
