About the role
Overview
ROTATE is a contemporary fashion brand known for its Scandi glam aesthetic, carried in over 300 stores across 50 countries. As a Junior Designer for Shoes & Bags, you will play a pivotal role in building and shaping ROTATE's growing accessories universe, combining creativity with technical execution and commercial awareness.
Responsibilities
Design and develop seasonal shoes and bags collections
Research trends, materials, trims, and construction techniques
Create concepts, sketches, technical drawings, and detailed tech packs
Assist in supplier communication and product development
Support the Ready-to-Wear team with tech packs, mock ups, and daily tasks
Requirements
Degree in Fashion, Accessories, or Footwear Design
1-2 years of experience in shoes and/or bags (internships included)
Strong technical understanding of footwear and handbag construction
Experience creating tech packs and working with suppliers
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (3D skills a plus)
Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
Fluent in English (Spanish or Italian is a plus)
