Online Performance Marketeer (Paid Advertising)

Overview

As a premium fashion brand with a strong online presence, we're looking for an Online Performance Marketeer who will be responsible for maximizing our online performance and expanding our international visibility. You'll work closely with our Digital team and external marketing agency to drive both revenue and brand impact.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with and manage external marketing specialists on strategy, execution, and results
Optimize and expand paid marketing channels (SEA, Social ads, Display & Retargeting)
Actively contribute to increasing international online visibility and targeting new markets and audiences
Monitor and analyze campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CLV, and conversion rates
Identify opportunities and proactively implement optimizations
Closely collaborate with the marketing team to align brand and performance campaigns
Work with the data analyst to translate insights into concrete optimizations and experiments
Contribute to SEO optimizations in collaboration with internal and external specialists
Report results and insights, translating them into clear actions
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing
Experience managing external agencies or partners
Experience in developing growth strategies
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
Proactive, critical thinker who identifies opportunities
Ability to easily communicate with different stakeholders
Basic knowledge of SEO and its interaction with performance marketing
Experience with product feeds in Channable, GTM, Power BI & Looker Studio
