Recruiter

Overview

At Summum, you'll be the face of our recruitment efforts, responsible for the entire hiring process and employer branding strategy. This role combines recruitment, stakeholder management, and building our company's presence in the job market. You'll be instrumental in attracting top talent, enhancing our candidate experience, and positioning Summum as an attractive employer in the fashion and retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager intake to candidate selection

• Simultaneously handle 5-8 job vacancies across headquarters and retail roles

• Identify recruitment opportunities and develop concrete improvement actions

• Advise and guide hiring managers through interviews and selection processes

• Build and strengthen Summum's employer branding

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the application process

• Contribute to and develop onboarding processes for new colleagues

• Organize and coordinate onboarding events for new team members

• Manage and optimize job posting channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, FashionUnited)

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders like Retail Management and Executive Team

• Serve as an authentic brand ambassador, embodying Summum's culture and values

Requirements

• HBO level education

• 2-5 years of recruitment experience (fashion/retail experience preferred)

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with different organizational levels

• Structured work approach with ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

• Proactive mindset with initiative to improve recruitment processes

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Passionate about being a visible company representative
