About the role
Overview
Tiger of Sweden, a Stockholm-based fashion house established in 1903, is seeking a Fabric Assistant to support the Raw Material Manager in sourcing and developing fabrics for all product lines. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's creative vision, commercial objectives, and sustainability targets.
Responsibilities
Assist in all Raw Material Development-related activities
Input and update data in systems and charts with 100% accuracy throughout the development cycle
Maintain and update Fabric Lists, overviews, and boards
Track and organize trials, swatches, lab dips, and samples
Collaborate and communicate with internal and external partners
Organize and maintain the fabric library
Requirements
At least one year of experience in an administrative or assistant role within fashion
Degree in textiles or fashion preferred
Fluent English language skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude
Required Tools
Microsoft Office
PLM/PDM systems
Adobe Suite (a plus)
