About the role
Overview
As a Social & Content Developer, you will be at the heart of translating creative vision into compelling digital storytelling. This role is perfect for a creative professional who understands the nuanced world of fashion, digital media, and brand communication. You'll work closely with the Creative Lead to bring the brand's vision to life across all digital channels, crafting content that captures attention and resonates with a global, high end audience.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategy, focusing on social and content driven campaigns
Create, manage, and maintain the social media calendar with consistent and timely publishing
Execute digital campaigns across social media, email, and display platforms
Monitor content performance and provide insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversion
Translate creative concepts into diverse digital content, including visuals, copy, video, reels, and newsletters
Support art direction and styling for photoshoots, campaigns, and digital productions
Prepare and adapt content assets for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
Collaborate with creative teams to execute campaigns, collaborations, and new initiatives
Stay current with digital, social, and fashion trends to generate fresh content ideas
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion, Media, or related field
2–4 years of experience in digital content creation, social media, or art direction within fashion/luxury industries
Strong portfolio showcasing social content, campaigns, or styling work
Deep understanding of luxury fashion branding and storytelling
Exceptional creative skills with ability to translate ideas into engaging digital content
Proficiency in social media platforms, content formats, and digital tools
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Proactive mindset with meticulous attention to detail
