Buying Assistant Ladies Fashion

Overview

As a Buying Assistant for Ladies Fashion, you'll be the commercial driving force behind our women's collections. You'll support the buyer in curating and managing an attractive, commercially strong product range that perfectly aligns with our target audience. Your role is critical in ensuring that purchasing orders are processed correctly and timely, and that collections transition smoothly from purchase to launch.

Responsibilities

• Support the buyer in developing and managing the ladies fashion product assortment

• Process purchasing orders accurately and efficiently

• Collaborate closely with photography studio, merchandising, and internal teams

• Monitor collection progress and maintain inventory oversight

• Identify and signal commercial opportunities and potential risks

• Analyze sales results and track fashion trends

• Contribute to process optimization and customer experience improvements

• Help drive continuous growth and innovation in the ladies fashion category

Requirements

• Completed commercial education

• Strong interest in trends and commercial markets, especially fashion and home trends

• Analytical and numerical skills, with purchasing process experience preferred

• Excellent command of Dutch and English for national and international supplier communications

• Proactive, precise, and entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail and commercial focus
