Wehkamp Retail Group's Creative Hub is seeking a dynamic and creative Video Content Creator who can transform trends into scroll-stopping social media content. As a key member of our video team, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing engaging video content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Concept to Creation: Develop and produce video formats independently or with a small team, managing the entire process from initial idea to final export
Shoot & Edit: Capture high-quality video using cameras or smartphones and rapidly edit content with a consistent visual style
Trend Spotting: Continuously research and proactively translate social media trends into compelling content for our channels
Platform Optimization: Create platform-specific content, with a focus on 9:16 vertical formats, and carefully select music, sound effects, and graphics to maximize impact
Multi-Project Management: Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining oversight of multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

2-4 years of video production and editing experience with a strong portfolio of social-first content
Full-stack skills: ability to film, conceptualize, and edit independently
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
Familiarity with mobile editing apps (CapCut) and After Effects is a plus
Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude with excellent self-management skills
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written
