As Paid Social Lead, you will join the Global Digital Marketing Team, an enthusiastic group of experienced digital specialists covering channels including paid search, display, and affiliates. This team holds big ambitions and a strong drive to deliver maximum impact on G-STAR's growth globally. The role sits at the heart of the digital strategy, working in close collaboration with Ecommerce, Creative, Data, and Regional teams to ensure both strategic direction and flawless execution across paid social.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global paid social strategy, roadmap, and priorities in close collaboration with the Marketing and Ecommerce teams

  • Build and optimize campaigns across the full marketing funnel, covering brand awareness, prospecting, and performance

  • Lead, coach, and support the Paid Search (SEA) team, setting direction and ensuring strong, consistent performance across the channel

  • Drive alignment between Paid Social and Paid Search to deliver an integrated, full-funnel media approach

  • Analyze campaign results on a daily basis and steer both your own campaigns and the wider team's performance against set KPIs

  • Support local initiatives and tests in close collaboration with regional marketing teams

  • Test the latest advertising possibilities, including alpha and beta products, positioning G-STAR as an early adopter

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Ecommerce, BI, UX, Creative, and Regional teams, as well as external partners including Meta, Google, and agencies

  • Report into the Global Digital Trade Director

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands on experience managing paid social campaigns across the full digital marketing funnel, including experience with large budgets across multiple countries

  • A strong ability to represent your channel and a continuous drive to identify opportunities to improve performance and enable further scaling

  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to optimize campaign performance, improve workflow efficiency, strengthen audience insights, and support data-driven decision-making across multiple platforms and markets

  • Deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads

  • Experience working in cross functional and multi regional teams

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Relevant experience in the fashion and/or retail industry

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data feed management tools, social advertising tooling, and working with scripts

  • Agency experience, whether working at or closely with a digital marketing agency

  • Proficiency in an additional language such as German, French, or Spanish
