About the role

Olivia & Kate is a fast-growing Dutch fashion brand that opened its boutique doors in Haarlem in 2017 and quickly expanded into one of the fastest growing webshops in the Netherlands. The brand combines a strong boutique identity with a dynamic online presence, and the team behind it is young, ambitious, and passionate about fashion.

As Content Coordinator, you will take ownership of all content across the webshop, social media channels, and marketing campaigns. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes fashion, thrives in a creative environment, and knows how to translate brand identity into compelling visuals and copy. No two days are the same here, from coordinating photoshoots to brainstorming the next big campaign.

02 — What you'll do

What you'll do

  • Plan, create, and manage inspiring content that aligns with the Olivia & Kate brand identity across all channels
  • Coordinate content creation by working closely with photographers, models, and other creative contributors
  • Take full ownership of the weekly e-commerce shoot, including coordination, planning, styling, and content output
  • Support broader marketing activities and campaigns as needed
  • Stay ahead of the latest fashion and content trends to keep the brand relevant and engaging
03 — What you'll bring

What you'll bring

  • HBO-level education or equivalent thinking and working level
  • At least 1 to 2 years of demonstrable experience in a content-related role
  • Proven experience with content creation, including both visual and written formats
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A sharp sense of what resonates with the target audience and the ability to translate that into imagery and text
  • Creative, structured, and always up to date with the latest trends
  • A genuine feel for fashion and style
  • Detail-oriented, stress-resistant, and able to work in a structured way
  • Ambitious and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of projects independently while being a strong team player
