Overview
At KARL LAGERFELD, we are seeking a passionate Sustainability Data Intern to support our dynamic sustainability team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the fashion industry by collecting, analyzing, and processing critical environmental and social data. As part of our commitment to sustainability and transparency, you'll work closely with our expert team to drive positive change in our supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
Support the Sustainability team with comprehensive data management processes
Collect, analyze, and process data related to Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions
Work with environmental management tools and sustainable materials certifications
Collect and manage data from multiple data management platforms
Analyze and create visualizations for presentations and reports
Collaborate with suppliers to retrieve information on materials, subcontractors, compliance forms, and social/environmental audits
Requirements
Currently in the final stages of a (HBO) study in logistics, business, data analytics, or economic studies
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Advanced Excel skills
Strong interest in the fashion sector and/or sustainability
Excellent organizational skills with strong data analysis capabilities
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable working in a small, dynamic team with evolving processes and targets
