Assistant Environmental Manager
About the role
Overview
WE Fashion is seeking passionate professionals to join our dynamic Buying and Sustainability teams. In this role, you'll contribute to developing men's, women's, and kids' collections while driving sustainability in the fashion industry. You'll work closely with designers, technicians, and multiple internal departments to create innovative and responsible fashion products.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with designers to transform sketches into physical products
Determine optimal collection manufacturing strategies, considering price, suppliers, and planning
Provide expert advice on color, design, and material selection
Manage stock delivery and handle re-ordering challenges
Work with multiple internal departments including Design, Merchandising, E-Commerce, and Marketing
Contribute to sustainability strategy and implementation
Monitor quality requirements and legal regulations for collections
Conduct product testing and maintain safety standards
Requirements
