Overview

THE/STUDIO is seeking a proactive and highly organized Junior Sourcing Representative in China to support our global manufacturing marketplace. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and onboarding qualified factories, managing Request for Quotes (RFQs), and ensuring quote turnaround times meet service level expectations.

Responsibilities

Source and vet suitable factories in China to fulfill RFQs across various product categories (e.g., apparel, accessories, packaging)
Assign RFQs to selected factories via internal operations platform
Actively follow up with factories to ensure prompt quote submissions
Upload quotes on behalf of factories unfamiliar with the system
Guide factories through onboarding and platform training processes
Maintain clear documentation of factory status, submissions, and escalations in CRM or tracking tools
Meet service level agreement (SLA) targets consistently

Requirements

Based in China with strong understanding of local factory networks
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
Prior experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or logistics
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and meet strict deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience with RFQ systems or manufacturing platforms
Previous work with e-commerce brands, supply chain teams, or B2B marketplaces
High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset
