Responsibilities

Manage sample tracking for all incoming samples
Assist buying assistants in preparing documents and samples for weekly fittings
Support buying and e-commerce processes with the e-commerce team
Help check bulk submissions
Work with SAP order system processes
Prepare data and products for business-critical meetings
Provide general support to the Buying team
Assist with sample sale project management

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a study, preferably in Fashion, Retail, or Product-related field
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication skills
Highly motivated to learn and develop
Creative mindset with commercial aptitude
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
