WE Fashion is seeking passionate professionals to join our dynamic Buying and Sustainability teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to collection development, product quality, and sustainability strategy across men's, women's, and kids' collections.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Designers and Technicians to develop collections from initial sketch to final product
Work closely with internal departments including Design, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Marketing, and Finance
Interact with global suppliers and navigate diverse cultural environments
Determine optimal manufacturing strategies, including pricing and supplier selection
Provide creative and commercial input into collection development
Contribute to the company's sustainability mission and strategy
Monitor quality requirements and legal regulations for collections
