About the role
NA-KD is a fast growing digital fashion brand on a mission to make fashion more relevant, personal, and innovative. We're seeking a Fashion Designer who can read culture, interpret data, and transform insights into compelling collections that capture attention and drive commercial success.
What you'll do
- Own collections from initial concept to final product development
- Translate seasonal trends and cultural signals into fashion-forward, commercially viable designs
- Collaborate closely with buyers and garment technicians to ensure high quality sample production
- Lead fabric sourcing each season and critically evaluate product fittings
- Utilize internal and external data to make informed product decisions
- Maintain precise range plans and design documentation
- Stay ahead of trends across fashion categories and contribute to creative strategy
- Travel to suppliers as needed
What you'll bring
- 3-5 years of Womenswear design experience
- Design education with proven ability to innovate beyond foundational skills
- Strong creative vision balanced with commercial awareness
- Expert understanding of garment construction and production
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent multi-project management skills
- Natural collaborative spirit with ability to mentor junior talent
- Curious, adaptable mindset with excitement for innovation
- Fluent English communication skills
