About the role
Overview
Róhe, an Amsterdam based luxury fashion label and design studio, is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer Womenswear to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in translating buying strategies into precise purchasing actions, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, production, and internal teams. You will play a key role in managing the entire purchasing process, from order execution to stock performance tracking.
Responsibilities
Execute purchasing decisions and manage purchase orders with precision in quantities, pricing, and delivery terms
Monitor in-season performance and implement strategic reorders, cancellations, and quantity adjustments
Track order confirmations, production progress, and shipment timelines to ensure on time delivery
Proactively collaborate with Sales and E-commerce teams to identify reorder opportunities
Maintain accurate data in ERP systems across product, supplier, pricing, and collection information
Coordinate closely with Production and Logistics teams on delivery planning and operational changes
Manage day to day supplier communications regarding order status and operational topics
Support buying analysis and reporting to drive data driven decision-making
Monitor stock levels and open commitments to mitigate overstock or stockout risks
Manage bulk production invoices and align with Finance on payment planning
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in buying, purchasing, or merchandising within luxury fashion
Strong operational and analytical mindset
Proven ability to work with data to support buying decisions
Solid understanding of production processes and fashion supply chain
Advanced Excel skills and confidence with ERP systems
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills across cross-functional teams
Proactive, solution-driven approach with hands on problem solving skills
