Overview
At Vedder & Vedder, we create personalized jewelry that tells a unique story. Founded by twin sisters Anne & Esther Vedder, our brand is inspired by handwritten notes and personal connections. We're seeking a dynamic Jewelry Order Coordinator to be the critical link between customer service, production, and logistics.
Responsibilities
Prepare daily online orders for production
Collect and organize appropriate semi finished products and jewelry for each order
Verify produced orders for completeness and accuracy
Maintain comprehensive oversight of ongoing orders to ensure production timelines
Provide feedback to customer service team
Manage and track inventory levels
Act as a key communication bridge between production, customer service, and logistics departments
Requirements
Ability to work systematically and precisely under pressure
Comfortable switching between diverse tasks
Proactive and willing to take initiative
Strong affinity for the jewelry industry
Flexible mindset, prepared to work beyond standard office hours during peak periods
