Overview

LEXSON represents and distributes a carefully curated mix of acclaimed fashion brands and emerging labels, primarily from Scandinavia and Europe. In addition to distributing well-known names such as Elvine, Tiger of Sweden, J.Lindeberg, Five Units, Plain, Resteröds and Varley, LEXSON also (partially) owns a number of its own brands including avec ēlan, Azulae, Saint Steve and Van Harper. The company also manages five webshops, making smooth and accurate financial operations essential to everything that happens behind the scenes.

For this independent and pivotal support role within the Finance department, LEXSON is looking for a detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys switching between different teams and financial processes. As an enthusiastic and proactive sidekick to the Finance Manager, you will help keep the organisation sharp with your critical eye, attention to detail and accurate approach. Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Finance Manager to keep the department running smoothly and efficiently

• Support communication with B2B clients regarding payments and refunds

• Learn to work with the ERP system and Exact, gaining valuable hands-on knowledge of internal workflows

• Ensure outstanding invoices and orders are processed systematically, including handling purchase invoices and bank mutations

• Contribute your own ideas and fresh perspectives, which are genuinely welcomed and valued

Requirements

• Motivated and enthusiastic about keeping all figures accurate and up to date

• HBO level of thinking and working, with a relevant background or study in a financial direction

• A team player with a sharp eye for detail who thrives in a dynamic environment

• An affinity with fashion and the fashion industry

• Available for 8 to 16 hours per week, with working days to be discussed
