As Operational IT Manager you will be the go-to person for everything IT within JOSH V. You will keep the IT landscape stable, efficient and future-proof while ensuring that systems, data and processes align seamlessly with the needs of the business. This is a key role that combines a hands-on mindset with the ability to introduce structure, drive improvements and actively shape the IT roadmap as the company continues to grow internationally.
What you'll do
- Managing and optimising the core IT landscape, including:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP)
- Colect (wholesale order management)
- Magento (e-commerce platform)
- Wolfpack ORP (integration platform)
- Ensuring continuity of business critical processes such as order to cash, fulfilment and finance
- Developing and maintaining BI dashboards and translating data into actionable insights
- Identifying opportunities for process optimisation and automation
- Exploring and implementing relevant AI applications within the organisation
- Overseeing the external party responsible for workplace management and monitoring the quality of their service delivery
- Managing relationships with IT partners and suppliers
- Bringing structure to documentation, monitoring and incident management
- Actively contributing to the further development of the IT roadmap and the ongoing professionalisation of the IT function
What you'll bring
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT operations and application management, preferably within retail, fashion or e-commerce
- A completed IT-related education at HBO (bachelor) or university level
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- A solid understanding of how systems work together within an omnichannel environment
- Experience with or a strong affinity for Power BI and working with data
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with a hands-on approach
- The ability to switch easily between business and IT perspectives
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain oversight in a fast-moving environment
- Genuine curiosity about new technologies, including AI
