Overview
POM Amsterdam, a vibrant fashion label founded in 2011 by sisters Liesbeth & Violet, is seeking a strategic and inspiring Head of Marketing & E-commerce to drive the company's next growth phase. With over 500 global sales points and a dynamic team of 30 colleagues, we're looking for a leader who can elevate our brand and digital presence.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce
Develop and execute the E-commerce strategy
Translate strategy into commercial roadmaps, forecasts, and budgets
Own key performance KPIs including revenue, margin, conversion, and customer retention
Optimize user experience and brand journey in the online shop environment
Manage external performance and conversion optimization partners
Analyze sales data and inventory in collaboration with Buying and Operations
Identify commercial opportunities at product, collection, and customer levels
Implement AI and tooling developments within E-commerce
Integrate strategic marketplaces
Marketing
Develop brand and marketing strategy for B2C & B2B
Own marketing plan, budget, and calendar
Lead content, campaigns, PR, and media across online and offline channels
Maintain brand voice and consistency
Manage external agencies and partners
Initiate innovative marketing initiatives to expand brand reach and engagement
Leadership
Lead, coach, and professionalize a 5-person marketing and E-commerce team
Strengthen collaboration between marketing, E-commerce, and other departments
Professionalize processes, planning, and performance management
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Minimum 8 years relevant experience (preferably in fashion/retail)
Previous leadership role with team management experience
Strong strategic insight and hands-on mentality
Data-driven and commercially motivated
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and GA4
Strong brand sense, creativity, and storytelling skills
Excellent Dutch and English language skills
