About the role
Overview
Top Fashion Trading is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Fashion Designer to join our international team in Yiwu, China. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment and wants to see their designs land on European retail shelves.
Responsibilities
Translate retailer briefs into ready to produce designs across accessories, hair, and baby categories
Work directly with local factories to develop and refine product designs
Manage multiple design briefs simultaneously with high efficiency
Review factory samples and ensure design quality and specifications
Develop packaging artwork
Collaborate closely with the Netherlands team to align design strategies
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in product or accessories design, preferably in B2B or mass-market retail
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
Proven experience working with Chinese factories
Excellent English communication skills
Located in Yiwu or willing to relocate
