Alix — Waardenburg, NLAbout the role
Alix is looking for a Product Developer, Junior or Assistant level, to join the team in Waardenburg. This is a temporary role covering maternity leave, for about seven months, starting in September or October.
You'll sit close to the product, from fitting sessions to labdips, helping the team carry every style from first sample to final approval. It's a part-time, onsite position for someone who wants hands-on experience across the full development process.
Expect a mix of fitting rooms, spec sheets and daily production support, working alongside a team that needs a sharp eye on fit and fabric at every stage.
What you'll do
- Attend fitting sessions and translate feedback into action
- Work out size specifications and fitting comments
- Test and assess fabrics and garments
- Check and assess labdips, colors and fabric qualities
- Measure and check samples
- Prepare and maintain overviews and reports
- Support the production department with daily tasks
What you'll bring
- Completed education, preferably HBO or bachelor level, in fashion management
- Affinity with fashion and product development, with internship experience in the fashion industry
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and a sense of responsibility
- Strong planning skills and the ability to keep overview across multiple projects
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Eye for detail and fit
