Overview

Cuyana is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to join our innovative Creative team. This role is critical in coordinating creative projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality deliverables that align with our Fewer, Better sustainability ethos.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will:

Oversee end-to-end project management for the Creative team, collaborating closely with designers, photographers, and retouchers
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and timely approvals
Lead content planning meetings to align on priorities, deliverables, and timelines
Remain flexible and responsive to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Drive internal process improvements and maintain highest quality standards

As a Creative Producer, you will:

Plan, schedule, and attend internal and seasonal campaign photo shoots
Organize production materials including timelines, product samples, call sheets, and shot lists
Source, hire, and manage external creative partners like models, makeup artists, and stylists

Requirements

3+ years experience as a project manager working closely with creative teams
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in Asana
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in fashion or luxury brand a plus
