About Fashion Workplace
Europe's dedicated fashion job board. We connect fashion professionals with the brands they want to work for, across every function and specialism in the industry.

I started Fashion Workplace because I saw too many talented people struggle to find their way into the fashion industry. I spent years working across buying, sourcing, and sustainability at European fashion brands, and one thing always stood out: the industry is full of passionate people, but the way we connect them with the right roles is broken.
Job seekers waste hours digging through generic platforms. Brands post roles and get flooded with applications from people who have never worked in fashion. And for those who care about sustainability, it is nearly impossible to tell which companies are genuinely committed and which are just saying the right things.
Fashion Workplace is my answer to all of that. A single place where fashion professionals can find relevant roles, discover brands worth working for, and make informed career decisions. We are not trying to be everything to everyone. We are building something focused, useful, and honest for the people who make this industry what it is.

Our mission
Fashion Workplace exists to make it easier for talented people to build careers in fashion, and for brands to find the people they need. The fashion industry employs millions of people across Europe, but job seekers still have to wade through generic platforms where fashion roles get buried alongside everything else. We think the industry deserves its own dedicated job board.
We are based in the Netherlands and list roles from fashion brands across the continent, covering everything from design and buying to marketing, sustainability, and operations. Our goal is simple: to be the first place people look when they want to work in fashion in Europe.
The problem we solve
Finding a fashion job in Europe is harder than it should be. Roles are scattered across generic job boards, company career pages, and LinkedIn posts. For job seekers, that means hours spent searching multiple platforms just to build a shortlist. For employers, it means their listings compete with every other industry for attention.
The fashion industry also faces a transparency problem. Fast fashion has dominated the conversation for decades, and many talented professionals want to work for brands that take sustainability seriously. But it is difficult to identify which employers are genuinely committed to ethical practices and which are simply using sustainability as a marketing claim. Job seekers deserve clarity about the companies they are applying to.
Fashion Workplace brings everything together in one place. One search, one industry, one continent. We highlight brands with demonstrable sustainability commitments, including B-Corp certification, published supplier lists, and transparent reporting, so professionals can make informed decisions about where they work.
What makes Fashion Workplace different
Unlike general job boards that treat fashion as just another category, Fashion Workplace is built from the ground up for the industry. Every feature, from our department filters to our salary guides, is designed around how fashion careers actually work.
- Curated, fashion-only listings. Every role on our platform is a fashion position. We do not list roles from other industries, so job seekers spend their time reviewing relevant opportunities rather than filtering out noise.
- European focus with local depth. We cover roles across Europe, from major fashion capitals like Paris, Milan, London, and Copenhagen to growing hubs in Amsterdam, Berlin, Stockholm, and Madrid. Our salary guides and career resources reflect European market conditions rather than defaulting to US-centric data.
- Sustainability as a lens, not a filter. We believe sustainability is becoming inseparable from the fashion industry itself. We highlight brands with genuine commitments, but we also list roles across the full spectrum of fashion, because every part of the industry needs talented people to drive positive change.
- Career resources built for fashion. Our career guides, salary benchmarks, and industry glossary are written specifically for fashion professionals, not repurposed generic content.
