Requirements
Proven experience in premium or fashion retail, ideally within a performance-focused environment
A strong sales mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets (leadership experience is a plus for those interested in Store Manager roles)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Hands-on experience with clienteling or CRM tools
A genuine customer-first approach backed by strong interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and the local language of the market you are interested in working in
