About the role
Overview
BOAS is a unique vintage fashion platform with a powerful mission: saving jeans from being burnt and donating 90% of profits to save lives. We're seeking an enthusiastic intern who wants to make a real difference while gaining valuable retail experience in our Amsterdam store.
Responsibilities
Manage our vintage clothing store located in Rokin, Amsterdam
Help customers find their perfect vintage clothing items
Organize and replenish store inventory
Advocate for BOAS's mission of saving jeans and saving lives
Provide observations and feedback to marketing and operations teams to help continuously improve services
Requirements
Strong "getting things done" mindset
Excellent communication skills and goal orientation
Organizational talent
Confident with MS Office and basic IT skills
Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
Passionate about making a meaningful impact beyond a traditional office job
Located in or near Amsterdam
Available for at least 3 weekend days per month
