Tenue. is an Amsterdam-based denim and workwear brand committed to creating sustainable, high-quality garments with a transparent supply chain. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Developer to join our Product team and lead the development process from prototype to final production.
As our Senior Product Developer, you will play a critical role in bringing our design vision to life while ensuring exceptional product quality and meeting commercial targets. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Product, Design team, and suppliers throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Manage the complete product development process from prototype to production
- Lead fittings with the Design team to improve fit and garment construction
- Maintain daily communication with suppliers regarding development, fabrics, and trims
- Evaluate samples, lab dips, and strike-offs
- Manage size specifications, grading, and core blocks
- Monitor development timelines and Product Development calendars
- Oversee product quality, construction, and technical standards
- Support costing processes and participate in key product meetings
- Train and mentor Junior Product Developers and interns
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Developer
- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fit, and grading
- Excellent organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Excel
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on mentality
- Capability to manage multiple development stages and meet deadlines
