From our office and warehouse in Breda, our enthusiastic team works across styling, development, production, purchasing, logistics, and sales. Our products are sold through wholesale partners, our brand store in Maastricht, and online with a strong foothold in the Netherlands and Belgium, and ambitious plans to expand further into Germany, France, and Spain.

Our Production Team is growing, and we're looking for a Product Manager to help bring our contemporary collections to life. In this role, you will oversee the entire product journey from initial development through to final delivery serving as the essential link between creativity and production. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for fashion and production processes, this could be your next exciting step.
What you'll do
- Collaborating closely with suppliers, designers, sustainability, and merchandising teams
- Monitoring development sample and production lead times based on collection and production planning
- Driving progress toward the company's sustainability objectives
- Ensuring ERP and PLM systems are kept up to date with all required product information
- Providing timely and accurate updates to internal departments regarding collection and production progress
- Placing sample and production orders
- Negotiating prices and monitoring margins
- Managing quality from sample collections through to final production delivery
- Creating size specifications and measuring samples
- Preparing and facilitating fitting sessions
- Travelling regularly to visit international manufacturers and suppliers
What you'll bring
- HBO-level education and thinking/working ability, with at least 3–5 years of relevant experience
- A proactive and detail oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Technical, commercial, and analytical insight
- Affinity with fashion and production processes
- Fluency in both Dutch and English
- Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP and PLM systems
