Overview
ECCO is seeking a dynamic Commercial Product Manager to join our Global Category Management team in Tønder. In this pivotal role, you'll shape the future of our product collections, driving commercial success across regions and channels. You'll be part of a diverse team of 22 colleagues working across various product categories, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
Define product family roles across price tiers and channels, developing pricing ladders and margin structures
Lead seasonal go-to-market strategies and create compelling sell-in storytelling
Partner with Sales Regions and Marketing to ensure product launch readiness and commercial success
Analyze market, consumer, and competitor trends to guide assortment decisions
Track category performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
5–10 years of experience in category management, commercial strategy, or go-to-market roles within footwear, apparel, or consumer goods
Strong financial acumen with proven experience in pricing and margin management
Solid understanding of sell-in processes and channel dynamics
Confident user of PLM systems and performance dashboards
